• Late-Identified AuDHD: A Starter Workbook

  Helpful little workbook to help you explore yourself if you are late-identified and overwhelmed or curious about what this new knowledge means for you. I bought and loved this! Made by B.Z. Brains.

• My redesign of the Feelings, Sensations, and Needs list originally from Connecting2Life

  Helpful list for anyone who wants to get better at recognizing their emotions. This list is special--it connects body feelings and sensations to emotions. Because learning to get better at identifying emotions should include recognizing how they feel in your body! In 3 different formats: printable, google doc, and editable Canva design.

• TV show: A Kind of Spark

  Autism presented very positively and accurately in a cozy little TV series about witches, written by an autistic woman, with autistic cast and crew! Free to watch online! I thoroughly enjoyed this.

• Video: AuDHD DBT therapists talk to DBT guru about using it with Autistic clients

  I have not finished this video but I am super interested in how different therapy methods can be used with Autistic brains specifically.

• Free online learning course: Autism Essentials - Reframing Autism

  This is a good course for everyone, not just autistic people. You can send it to your friends and family if they are interested!

• Thread describing studies about neurotypical people finding autistic people less likable (for no good reason!!!)

  This info is super affirming for me because I have tried to explain this phenomenon to my partner but he didn't really believe me. He was the one who sent me this so I think he believes me now :)

• Public Neurodiversity Support Center - Resource hub

  Packed full of resources and information about all kinds of neurodiversity! Community-created in that the author calls for other's personal experiences and will pay writers for their contributions.

• Neurodiversity Education Academy: Resources

  Tons of resources for learning about yourself, and for people like teachers, coaches, managers, etc. to learn about neurodivergence. Free downloadables! Explore other parts of the website too.
